Hi! I’m Alicia Abelow currently living in St. Petersburg, Florida. I moved for college in 2010 and never looked back!

I am a collaborative leader with a reputation for prioritizing individual strengths and inspiring a culture of “insights-to-innovation.” With a background as an award-winning teacher with a specialization in instructional design, curriculum writing, and training, my experience lends itself to success in storytelling and facilitating research initiatives, ensuring insights to shape the user experience.

As an instructional staff developer, training teachers and school administrators, I am a strong communicator with the ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively present to leadership actionable, user-informed, and empathy-based solutions.

Within every project, I have kept at the forefront, “How can good design support all users?” as I design empathetic and data-diven, client centered solutions.
